Fundraising Targets for 2008/09

We are currently fundraising

(a) for slides - the one thing everyone wants back at the Lido - £2,000

(b) to rebuild the Pavilion. The roof fell in this winter and the whole structure is rotten.

This will be built to house new changing rooms, and storage for our children’s play equipment. We hope to extend it over time to house a community area. Bradford Council and co-funding this development. Our target for this year is £50,000.

We are also raising funds for a supply of wetsuits (to help take the chill out of swimming!).

Our longer term goals in partnership with Bradford Council are to revamp the Cafe and to extend the Pavilion.
